In my 20+ years working within the social impact sector I have served as a volunteer, fundraiser, founding trustee, board member, development director and co-founder. This has taught me a lot!

​While I still serve on four boards including Home from Home, where I am the Development Director and co-founder, I also use my experience and knowledge to help other organisations who wish to make social change.

 

I assist organisations strategise for success by helping them create a robust and diversified fundraising strategy. I facilitate team coaching sessions to ensure that teams are working together to achieve their maximum potential. I also host strategic sessions where we unpack and define the organisation's vision, purpose and value set as this underpins all the work that they do. 

 

​Over the years I have worked with non-profit organisations, public benefit organisations, church groups, social entrepreneurs and corporates who wish to ensure their giving policy achieves social change. 

 

​As someone who has worked within the non-profit sector I understand the challenges and constraints you face daily. It is my aim to help you navigate the difficult, but incredibly meaningful, path of social change.
